ONE of the biggest-ever selling books in speedway, our acclaimed TRAGEDY: KENNY CARTER is now available for the first time as an eBook.
Just visit the Amazon Kindle Store, where you can read the introduction and first two chapters free of charge, before hopefully deciding to order the fully updated book for just £4.99.

The first edition of Tragedy came out in traditional print format in June 2007 and was re-printed the following year. All printed copies have long since sold out (apart from a few that can be bought on Amazon for the ridiculous exorbitant price of around £100!).
But by popular demand, we have now made Tragedy the first of a new range of books (others of which have also sold out in print form) that we will be offering for sale in the eBook market in the coming weeks and months.
The updated Tragedy includes two additional chapters, plus new contributions from people who rode with and against Kenny Carter, including Dennis Sigalos, Les and Neil Collins, John Davis, Mike and Klaus Lohmann and Larry Ross.
You can also read how author Tony McDonald met up with Kenny's long-suffering younger brother Alan and Malcolm Carter - Kenny and Pam's son - at the 2011 British Grand Prix . . . and how Alan had the waiting journalists in the media centre at Cardiff cursing by carrying out his own one-to-one 'interview' with GP winner Greg Hancock!
There are also some different photographs that did not appear in the printed editions.
Extended to more than 112,000 words, the updated Tragedy is great value at £4.99.
